02 / Beverage product & packaging design
Make the choice
visible.
Turn a clear product direction into a package people can recognize and navigate. We bring the brand’s story, flavor cues and product information together as a coherent design.

Talk through your projectWho it is for
Start where you are.
Your product and direction are taking shape, and you need a coherent package for a launch, redesign or range extension. If the reason to choose is still unresolved, start with moments and positioning.
Scope & deliverables
- Packaging design for one SKU as the starting scope.
- A visual expression of the agreed product direction, including the relationship between brand, flavor and product information.
- Additional design SKUs scoped for the range.
- Mechanical production artwork scoped separately, including two revision rounds and vendor sampling coordination.
How we work
From the question
to a clear next step.
Set the design brief
Review the product direction, current brand assets, package format and required copy. Agree what the design needs to communicate and the scope of the initial SKU.
Build the visual system
Develop the package around a clear hierarchy. Consider how the brand holds together and how individual flavors are distinguished.
Resolve the design for its next stage
Refine the selected direction and identify the formats or range extensions needed. Move into separately scoped mechanical artwork when design and production inputs are ready.

One identity.
Four distinct flavors.
We developed Hyde’s Hail Mary’s identity and packaging system. The diagonal name, crest and cream-and-gold structure hold the family together; flavor names and color distinguish Lemon, Apple, Ginger and Orange.

A few practical questions
Before we begin.
Can I start with an existing brand?
Yes. The service can support a new package, a redesign or a range extension. Bring the existing identity, current artwork and the parts of the brand that need to remain consistent.
What needs to be decided before design begins?
We need a working product direction, package format and an understanding of the copy and information the package must carry. Unresolved positioning can be addressed through moments and positioning before the design scope is finalized.
What does the four-week scope cover?
The approved starting scope is packaging design for one SKU over approximately four weeks. Additional design SKUs and mechanical production artwork are scoped separately. Timing is confirmed against the actual formats and available inputs.
How do revisions and production handoff work?
Design review milestones are agreed for the project. The separately scoped mechanicals engagement includes two revision rounds and vendor sampling coordination. Printing, vendor production and sampling charges are separate.
Does package design include formula or legal approval?
Package design is not laboratory formulation, manufacturing or regulatory/legal approval. Final product claims and required copy need the appropriate review. Mechanical artwork prepares the agreed design for the specified production format.
